Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

FILTHY FOOTLONG™ does not accept responsibility for discomfort, dissatisfaction, or personal reactions arising from overconsumption or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
SECTION 7 – ALLERGEN & FOOD SAFETY INFORMATION
Our products are prepared in an environment that handles common allergens including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sulphites.
While reasonable precautions are taken, FILTHY FOOTLONG™ cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information prior to ordering.
SECTION 8 – DISPATCH, DELIVERY & STORAGE
Dispatch times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer. FILTHY FOOTLONG™ is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Products may be affected by temperature during transit. Customers are responsible for following any storage instructions provided upon delivery.
SECTION 9 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and account information and to update it promptly.
SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or transactions. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the relevant provider.
SECTION 12 – USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
Any comments, feedback, or submissions you provide may be used by FILTHY FOOTLONG™ without restriction. We are under no obligation to maintain confidentiality or provide compensation.
You agree your submissions will not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.
SECTION 13 – CUSTOMER-UPLOADED DIGITAL CONTENT & QR CODE SERVICES
Certain products or services offered by FILTHY FOOTLONG™ allow customers to upload digital content, including videos, audio recordings, voice notes, or other media files (“User Content”) from a device of their choosing.
By uploading User Content, you confirm that:
- You own or have full legal rights and permission to upload and share the content
- The content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights
- The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material
User Content is uploaded solely for the purpose of generating a QR code that enables the intended recipient to access the content.
Download Responsibility
Customers are strongly advised to download and retain their own copy of any uploaded User Content. FILTHY FOOTLONG™ does not provide long-term storage or retrieval services.
Storage, Retention & Deletion
All User Content is stored temporarily for a maximum of 30 days from the selected delivery date and is then automatically and permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR and data protection requirements. Once deleted, content cannot be recovered.
Paid Services & No Refunds
Where a fee is charged for QR code creation or related digital services, the service is fulfilled upon delivery of the QR code. No refunds will be issued following lawful deletion of User Content after the 30-day retention period.
Access & QR Code Use
Responsibility for QR code sharing and access rests entirely with the customer. FILTHY FOOTLONG™ is not responsible for unauthorised access, misuse, device compatibility, or third-party scanning applications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FILTHY FOOTLONG™ shall not be liable for loss of access following lawful deletion, unauthorised access, or third-party technical failures.
SECTION 14 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 15 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate, without prior notice.
SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using this site or its content for unlawful purposes, infringing intellectual property rights, transmitting malware, harvesting data, or interfering with site security.
