Shipping Policy 

• All bakes are made fresh to order.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

• Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.

Delivery

• We ship within the UK only.

• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.

• We do not dispatch on Fridays, weekends, or bank holidays unless stated.

If your order is for a special occasion, we strongly recommend ordering at least one day earlier than needed to allow for courier delays and extra peace of mind.

Costs & Tracking

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

• Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Important Information

• Our products are perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

• We are not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or parcels left unattended.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

• Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.

Issues

• We do not accept returns.

• If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, stating your order number and including clear photographs so we can assist.
