📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every Filthy Footlong is baked fresh to order and sent in protective packaging designed to keep it fresh on arrival.

Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri) and your Footlong is delivered 2 working days later.
Deliveries run Monday–Saturday. No Sundays.

Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Dates are estimated, not guaranteed, so for birthdays or big moments we recommend choosing one day earlier, just in case a courier has ideas of its own.

Tracking details are emailed once dispatched so you can stalk your Footlong responsibly from oven to doorstep.

If it arrives early, relax. Our packaging is designed to keep your Footlong fresh, so early delivery is never an issue.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours with clear photos of:
• The outer packaging
• The contents
Please include your order confirmation number and name so we can investigate quickly and fairly.

 


 

🧁 THE FOOTLONG

Yes, they’re made to order. Every single one. Once you place an order, your date is locked into our production diary.

Your Footlong arrives sealed and protected, with the brownie giving you at least 7 days of freshness from the delivery date, not the bake date.

Stored in the original box from delivery day:
• Room temperature: up to 7 days
• Refrigerated: up to 10 days (optional, not essential)

Freezing is fine. Keep it in the box or wrap well and freeze for up to 3 months.

 


 

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & ERRORS

Why we don’t offer refunds or cancellations


Filthy Footlongs aren’t pulled from a shelf. They’re baked specifically for you.
Once you order, ingredients are allocated, production space is reserved and your Footlong is planned into a tightly packed baking schedule. We work with limited daily capacity and don’t overbook, so cancelling one order means another customer misses out.
Because of this, all sales are final.
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, that’s different and we’ll always put it right.

Changing your delivery address


We may be able to help up to 3 days before dispatch.
Email 📧 help@filthyfootlong.com as soon as possible.
Once dispatched, addresses are locked in and we can’t take responsibility for errors entered at checkout.

Missing confirmation or tracking email?


Check your spam or junk folder and the email used at checkout.
Still nothing? Get in touch and we’ll help.

Sending to offices, hotels, schools or venues


Not recommended. Mailrooms may refuse parcels or only accept deliveries for permanent staff. Failed deliveries to these locations are non-refundable.

Do you cater for allergies or intolerances?


No. Due to the nature of our bakery, all allergens are present in our kitchen, and we cannot offer allergen-free products or adaptations. For safety reasons, our products are not suitable for anyone with allergies or severe intolerances.

The Golden Ticket QR code is optional and expires 30 days after delivery due to UK GDPR .
